With a slight format change, we re-launched our Top 10 Electronic Music - Movers & Shakers list last week. Anticipating questions: This is not a "The Most Popular" list. This is not an "Our Top 10 Favorite Electronic Music Artists" list either. What we are doing here is pouring over last.fm data and identifying the fastest moving electronic music artists of the week in terms of listener popularity. Some artists are household names, some are up and coming. To be fare, we grouped all of the artists in our database into 5 "weight classes" and picked the top 2 from each class to build this Top 10 Electronic Music - Movers & Shakers list. Now here comes the August 30th list. Enjoy
